The Jr. J-Hawk Youth Baseball Organization is a non-profit organization that provides youth baseball players,
ages 7-14, who reside in the Jefferson HS district the opportunity to participate in competitive baseball.
The mission of our program is to teach the fundamentals of baseball, hustle and work ethic, and to teach player integrity, discipline, sportsmanship, and team unity. By effectively teaching these items, we will not only produce better players and better teams, but we will also teach our players valuable life skills.
We truly believe our purpose extends much further than producing great baseball players and winning teams.
We are investing in our youth.
One of the realities of playing competitive baseball, is it can be very costly for players to participate. Player fees are charged to each player to cover costs associated with league and tournament fees, team equipment, insurance, gate fees, umpire fees, and organizational expenses such as field rental and maintenance.
Because the positives of participating in competitive baseball can be very rewarding for a young player, we don't want to deny anyone the opportunity to play. Sponsorships can benefit our program in a couple of ways:
1. Sponsor our organization
Funds raised through organizational sponsorships would be used to rent and/or purchase an indoor facility and equipment that could be used during the off-season. This would allow our players to work on pitching, hitting, and fielding skills. Many seasons we cannot get the players on a field until late spring due to wet and cold weather conditions.

Financial Fees: $1500(1 year prime location graphical listing and weblink on jrjhawks.com and mention plus link on all online registrations and orders)
Silver: $1000-$2499(1 year listing and weblink on jrjhawks.com 2 updates annually)
Bronze: $100-$999(1 year listing and weblink on jrjhawks.com)
2. Sponsor a player
Players may seek out their own sponsor to assist them with their player fees, uniform, and their own equipment.
Available donation levels:
Blue: $500+ mentioned on sponsors page for 2 years with weblink to business
White: $250-$499 mentioned on sponsors page for 1 year with weblink to business
Gray: $50-$249 mentioned on sponsors page for 1 year
Our baseball community is comprised of families who can and do support the businesses that support our organization. Our families are very appreciative of the businesses and individuals who generously support their children and the game they love.
