The Jr. J-Hawk Youth Baseball Organization is a non-profit organization that provides youth baseball players, ages 8-14, who reside in the Jefferson HS district the opportunity to participate in competitive baseball. The mission of our program is to teach the fundamentals of baseball, hustle and work ethic, and to teach player integrity, discipline, sportsmanship, and team unity.  By effectively teaching these items, we will not only produce better players and better teams, but we will also teach our players valuable life skills.  We truly believe our purpose extends much further than producing great baseball players and winning teams.  We are investing in our youth.
